OUR RC ARCADE
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Land of the Living RC World LLC is the sole sponsor. There will only be one (1) prize, a new Diecast Masters 1:16 RC Western Star 49X SFFA Tandem Axle Heavy-Haul Tractor and Lowboy Trailer. There will only be one (1) winner. By entering the raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Raffle tickets, “tickets” are free. No purchase is necessary to get a ticket or to enter the raffle for a chance to win the prize or to claim the prize if selected. Limit one ticket per person. Each entrant shall enter the raffle by getting a free ticket in person at one of two locations, Washington State Spring Fair Land of the Living RC World booth or Land of the Living RC World RC arcade, 31509 3rd Ave, Black Diamond, WA 98010. Each ticket must include legal first and last name and phone number of entrant. All ticket entries must be received by business closing time on Friday, April 24, 2026. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Land of the Living RC World management live in person on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 6:30 PM PST at the Land of the Living RC World RC arcade, 31509 3rd Ave, Black Diamond, WA 98010. The winner will be announced immediately upon being drawn. The winner must be present in person to claim the prize. Substitutes or representatives of the original ticket owner are not permitted. If the winner announced is not present during the time of announcement, a new raffle ticket will be selected and a new winner will be announced until a winner is present in person and claims the prize. Winning ticket must be presented at time of announcement and ticket number and contact information for winner must match selected ticket owner information. The Sponsor will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The Sponsor will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Sponsor takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner shall be provided to the Sponsor and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize. The winner consents to the use of their name, voice, image, biographies and/ or likeness by Sponsor or affiliates for advertising, publicity and trade purposes in any and all media in perpetuity without any compensation. The winner shall be required to return a Raffle Prize Receipt Form.

PLANNING
Let Land of the Living RC World help you plan your birthday, corporate team-building or private group events. Contact us to discuss your date, group size, objectives, and budget.
We offer different pricing options for events on weekdays and weekends.
A deposit will be required at least 21 days prior to the event date. The final balance will be collected on the day of your event.
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to complete check‑in, sign a waiver, and participate in a quick safety briefing before starting activities.

SPECS
Here are some considerations as you start planning your next event at Land of the Living RC World—
Reservations are required for groups of 15+ people.
The entire space will be automatically booked for parties of 20+ people.
No food, desserts or alcohol is allowed. You may bring outside non-alcoholic drinks for your event or purchase ours.
Decorations and goodie bags are welcome to personalize your event. We can also accommodate audio and video setup.
Decorations should be able to be cleaned up in 10 minutes or less. Wall putty and painters tape are allowed, no tacks or pins that create holes. A cleaning or repair fee may be charged for decorations that cause excessive mess or damage.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 14 days or further out of the scheduled event will be accepted for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For changes within 14 days of the event, we also offer rescheduling options subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
SCHOOL FIELD
TRIPS
Land of the Living RC World is a fun destination for your school or co-op group. Reach out to start planning a fun educational field trip where students can learn outside of the classroom. Field trip events are available weekdays, Mondays-Fridays from 10:30 AM - 3 PM.
Field Trips are available for tweens and teens up to 18 years of age. Minimum 10 students, maximum student count may apply. One (1) chaperone 21+ years per every 10 students is required. Day and time of package is subject to availability, and event must end by 3PM. Additional restrictions may apply based on guest count size.
